Knife attacker on the run following Premier Inn stabbing
Police are appealing for information after a 20-year-old man was stabbed outside of a Premier Inn in Woolwich.
Officers were alerted of the attack, which took place at the Beresford Street Premier Inn, shortly after 5pm but are yet to make an arrest.
The victim was taken to a nearby hospital where it was later confirmed that his injuries were not life threatening.
A police spokesperson said: "Police were called at 5.05pm on Friday, December 4 to reports of a stabbing at a hotel in Beresford Street.
"Officers and London Ambulance Service attended and found a 20-year-old man with stab injuries. He was taken to a South London hospital where his injuries were assessed as not life-threatening.
"As this early stage there have been no arrests and enquiries continue."
